Alana Ivory

Welcome PerspAKTIV's new artist in residence at @instytut_grotowskiego - Alana Ivory.

Alana is a talented theater director, actress, and instructor with a rich background in theatrical arts. Born in Ukraine and raised in Minsk, she graduated from the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts in Theater Directing and Production, and the Republican Institute of Higher Education in Cultural Studies.


Her career includes founding the youth experimental theater "ARTvoyage," directing numerous productions, and performing in various theater and film roles in Poland and Belarus. Alana is passionate about teaching and has inspired many through her workshops on theatrical improvisation, stage speech, and movement.
